Tempo was one of the first major developments in Box Hill to be assessed against the Better Apartment Design Standards since its introduction in 2017. With consideration for minimum room sizes, noise, privacy, environmental impact, wellbeing, light and ventilation to name a few, the apartments and lofts at Tempo have been designed to meet and exceed the new standards.
