Tempo embraces the Better Apartments Design Standards which have been introduced by the Victorian Government to improve the quality, liveability and sustainability of apartments across Victoria. Tempo was one of the first major developments in Box Hill to be assessed against the Better Apartments Design Standards since its introduction in 2017.
