Tempo achieved a major construction milestone last month with the ‘topping-out’ of the building, signifying the tower has reached its maximum height.

Internally, construction of the prototype apartment is now complete. This important step provides an opportunity to identify and confirm the practicality of our design methodology early in the construction phase thereby ensuring MAB’s quality assurance processes are adhered to.

Joinery works are commencing on level three in the coming weeks with permanent power expected to be turned on in July.

Boasting magnificent northern views over Box Hill Gardens, works on the level 11 Spa Deck, featuring an entertainment space equipped with barbecue and al fresco dining, are scheduled to commence mid-June.
