CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

November 2024

We are pleased to report significant construction progress at Tempo Box Hill. Installation of the glass facade on the upper levels will be completed in the coming weeks, upon which the crane will be removed.

Mains electricity has been energised providing power to the internal lifts and the important lighting to apartments – a critical step in the final finish of the apartments.

External hardscape works including, metalwork, brick planters and stone pathways has commenced. Throughout December 2024, we will see the entry foyer and residential facilities including the 11 Spa Deck, featuring an entertainment space equipped with barbecue and al fresco dining Spa Deck, an entertainment space equipped with barbecue and al fresco dining really take shape.
